Andy Hernandez is a recognized expert in the Home Care industry, known for his integrity, reliability, and compassionate approach. With deep roots in marketing, sales, and social media strategy, Andy has driven substantial growth across multiple home health agencies in Florida. Starting as an Account Executive in 2005, he quickly rose to top rankings, generating $11M in new business. As CEO of High Standard Health Services and later Managing Partner of AHC Home Care, he significantly scaled revenues and patient census. In 2016, he acquired The Roads Home Health Care and expanded it across Florida, growing revenue from $200K to over $17M. Currently serving as CEO and Director of the Medicare Division, Andy continues to lead operations and strategy. He also serves on the Baptist Homestead Hospital Council and is a member of the Baptist Health Foundation.
